As a cell biologist, I understand stress at the cellular level. I know how it disrupts hormone balance, depletes minerals, and locks us into survival mode. That’s why I address stress from the inside out—with real food, strategic mineral support, somatic techniques, and behavior change rooted in compassion, not shame.

My Mission

My mission is to help women who’ve lived under long-term stress reclaim their energy, calm, and confidence—by addressing the biology of stress first.

I use nutrition, mineral support, and small, sustainable lifestyle shifts to help ease the physical effects of stress, so my clients can finally reach their health goals—like weight loss, balanced moods, better sleep, and hormonal harmony—and start enjoying their lives again.

This work isn’t about fixing anyone.


It’s about restoring safety in the body, supporting healing at the cellular level, and guiding each woman back to her most vibrant, grounded self.
